1. Platform Introduction and Scope of Application of Terms
Welcome to the online services of Chia Online Market Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Platform"). These Terms of Use apply to all users, whether you are a registered member or a visitor. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and any subsequent modifications and be bound by the relevant laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.
2. Membership Management and Minor Terms
This platform reserves the right to review membership qualifications and terminate membership qualifications. If the user is under the age of 18, the legal representative must read and agree to these terms. Once you use or continue to use the service, it is deemed that the legal representative has agreed to these terms and their modifications.
3. User Account and Subscription Service
Users must use a valid mobile phone number for identity verification to register an account. The platform provides free trial services and automatically renews after the subscription period expires. Users can cancel their subscription before the end of the subscription period. After cancellation, the service will continue until the end of the period and no refund will be provided.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Regulated Goods
Users are not allowed to use this platform to conduct the following activities:
• Sale of controlled goods, including but not limited to: tobacco, alcohol, drugs, weapons, adult products, financial products and virtual currencies.
• Publish indecent or illegal content, or infringe upon the rights of third parties.
• Use platform resources to conduct unauthorized commercial transactions.
Violators will be immediately suspended and service will be terminated without further notice.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
This platform and all its contents (including software, images, data, etc.) have intellectual property rights. Without authorization, they may not be modified, reproduced, distributed or used commercially. If there is any violation, the company shall be liable for damages, including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees.
6. Consumer Dispute Resolution
Consumer disputes between users and third parties must be resolved by themselves, and the platform does not bear any responsibility. If the company suffers damage or administrative sanctions due to improper handling, the company has the right to compensate for all losses and expenses, including attorney fees and litigation costs.
7. Data Privacy and Protection
The Company will protect user data, including name, contact information and consumption preferences, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The Company will only share data with partners for marketing or service optimization after obtaining user consent. We are committed to taking strict technical measures to protect data security.
8. System maintenance and service interruption
If the service is suspended due to system maintenance or force majeure, the Company will not be liable for damages and will notify users in advance at an appropriate time.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for force majeure or damage beyond the control of the Company and shall not provide any guarantee for service results.
10. Termination of Authorization and Legal Jurisdiction
If the user violates these terms or legal provisions, the company has the right to immediately terminate the authorization to use the service. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Taiwan law, and the Taiwan District Court will be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
11. Modifications and Notices
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify users by email or announcement. Users who continue to use the service will be deemed to have agreed to the modified terms.
